House rules

When you make a reservation at Satin Skin Studio you automatically agree to the house rules. Quality and personal service are paramount, as is mutual respect.

Satin Skin Studio only works by appointment, so it is not possible to spontaneously walk in to make an appointment or buy a product. You can always make an appointment by telephone, email, app or online on the website.

The appointment is only final after you have paid the deposit. Please come to the appointment alone. (also applies to children and pets) Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are later, please let us know. Minors (under 16 years of age) will only be treated under the supervision or permission of a parent/guardian. Minimum hair length must be 0.5 cm (Rice grain length). The maximum length is 2 cm (if during the treatment I find that the hair length is longer than stated above, I will charge €2.50 extra on top of the regular amount). You must come to the appointment refreshed. With an intimate zone treatment you will receive an extra moment of freshening up. The salon reserves the right to refuse customers whose personal hygiene leaves much to be desired. Allergies, diabetes, pregnant, menstruation? Please let us know so that we can offer you appropriate treatment if possible.
